I have a feeling Spyderco has a few tricks up their sleeve. I hope we get Vanax too as well as a few super tough steels. I hope Sal drops some of his famous inside baseball info.

What an amazing time for knife steels; we're in some kind of a golden age of knife steel. Time was when, a steel like 440C was "king" for decades. Now there's an amazing up-and-comer every year or two.

By my vast authority in reading and sometimes remembering things, I can share that the next Mule Team will indeed be made out of some type of steel.

I'm going to laugh so hard if it's the new Swiss ceramic material. ;)

"Those that know don't tell. And those that tell, well they just don't know." It's a movie quote that fits many different situations, like this one.

In this case, we all have our heads-up, binoculars focused into the distance, and all technology tuned in to harness the next mule.

So when do we get to know? When they are ready to tell. Just like last time. And, every other time. Time passes on its' own, steel is nearly forever. Use your steel, forget time, and your mule will be found in the barn eating hay.

"Better to be impatient than a mental patient." - Quote by me. Today.

But let's not try to be too impatient. They'll announce it when they announce it.

That is good advice, Rp5. I have definitely went mental waiting for past mules. Now I am working on a more relaxed state of mind when it comes to the Mule Team and FOMO

Great quote!! Right up there with the old "bottle in front of me/ frontal lobotomy" gag. Well done.

Small tweak:

"Better to be impatient than an in-patient."
