Back to tending the flock!
Halloween project I did with Magnacut, but going to switch it to Z-wear and call it Zombiewear. :winking-tongue Natural canvas on black canvas micarta with toxic green G10 liner.

Have shred CF on my bench currently with jade liner that I hope to finish this weekend. Will be my 1st attempt at titanium pins, so it will be interesting.

12k-30k if you believe the grit chart on the pen-blank sanding pad grit chart. Then buffed.

Only recently received sandpaper that went past 5k….would never have thought I would have a sandpaper supplier…… let alone spent $200 on sandpaper like last order.

Love the tools and supplies aspect of making handles as much if not more than just buying…Who needs to wait for sprints in certain colours when you can make any colour or material you want… :party-face

:rofl spent about $150 yesterday on Kydex and micarta! Thats been my favorite aspect as well, tools, supplies matching up scales and most of all learning new skills. Crank up music in the garage and get lost in working on a mule, not a bad day!

Holiday garage time! Hoping to complete 2 mules before Monday.

Just to show the pattern of the marble iridium cf. Still need some shaping and then go through grit progression. Not sure i like the glitter-ish effect 🥴

Oh, man that stable is looking good! Can't wait to see those jade mules finished. :star-struck

Getting my 1st taste of birdseye maple and I hope mine turns out half as good as the one you have there!

I'm pretty sure I was from Jantz. https://knifemaking.com/

https://usaknifemaker.com/ I've only ordered from these two. Last green I got from usaknifemaker.com is more yellow and not as toxic green as above.

Last heap of G10 I bit the bullet and ordered from Pops knife supply. Needed bubblegum pink for a custom knife I made for someone. Was lucky to score some Magnacut steel also.

Pops has been great for me. I got some magnacut there, and also some relatively hard to find G-10 colors (bubble gum, Tiffany and the blue lava).
