I got to handle a Spyderco Junction and loved the thin handle. So I'm thinking of making them all thinner, what do you guys think?

Options are good and a thinner but still contoured version is a good option! :smirk :trophy

I was on the fence for a long time, but after getting one, I wondered why the **** I waited so long to get one. Just get a quality model and you won't regret it.

Was thinking a small and thin keychain light could be integrated so you can see what you are cutting at night or as an emergency back up light. Just have the on off button puke through the scale. Obviously the light would be shining down the blade

I'd vote thinner. I have one of the thicker printed scales and it did seem pretty thick. Some people like a thick handle; I prefer thin.

Thanks for sharing the files. I made one in micarta with a cnc router. I think it came out really well. I think the pattern looks more interesting than simple crosshatching.

PXL_20210730_020919572.jpgI finally printed a set of these yesterday. I am really pleased with the outcome. I replaced the captured nut with thru bolt/nut combo. the hex pattern in the bolts looks pretty good. thanks for the work of designing these and then letting me have them at no cost! they are worth a lot more than that! :)
Hi, sorry to bug you, but could you point me to where the hexagonal pattern files are? I can't seem to find them. Thanks!

Do you happen to have the 577 file with a standard nut and bolt combo?

Maybe this is a stupid question, but would it be possible to add in a little slot to accept a Swiss Army Knife toothpick? I'm wondering because they make fire steels that fit the toothpick hole.

Might be able to do it. Would probably need to be attached to a color matched piece of the scale so the surfaces match up.
