Straight Spine Mule

#1

Post by Josh Crutchley »

What do you guys think about the new SS Mule seen at Blade Show? I have a few questions myself but overall I'm very excited about it. I'll finally be able to buy another Mule without fighting thousands of people with better internet speeds than me.

I'm curious if the Straight spine will impact how the current sheath fits? Also will they be sold like the current mules or will they have scales and sheath included, if so at what cost?

From what I have read the scales available for the standard Mule should fit the SS Mule.
Unsure about the sheath though.
Edited to say sorry I misread your post. The answer is I don’t know.

I'm excited especially since I heard that it will be a regular production item so everyone can have a chance to get one.

This is going to be the SPY27 "special edition" mule that Sal mentioned would become a regular production item, so that everybody can have and test it, right? I did not know they'd alter the design. Not sure what to think of a straight spine mule... I need to see it in pictures.

Thread badly needs pics, I'm trying and failing to imagine what a straight spine mule would look like.

Hi Bolster,

We don't permit pics of protos and concept models until they are closer to production.

But the straight spine mule is going to be the SPY27 regular production "spin off", right Sal?

So was there actually a straight spine mule prototype on display, or was this a case of mistaken identity with the Enuff XL picture above?

Nice, I'll be interested to see what comes of that. Maybe a constant SPY27 offering and a rolling offering of greatest hits from MTs.
