I smiled large, while reading through this thread. My face muscles now hurt! :D

Maybe Kristi can get make a list of what has been offered here so far, and run them by the team at the next manager's meeting. Then come back here with a short list, and put up a Poll.

We really can't go wrong here, no matter what is picked. We will be proud of it! and will soon ask for the offering of a t-shirt stating said fact. :p

I swear to God I was thinking of the Spyderco Bug when I suggested it. I’ve heard it used as slang in movies and figured it wasn’t any worse than “junkie”. Holy cow was I wrong. I just googled it. Gonna go edit that post. *palms face*.

How about using the knicname of Knife Knerds?

A lot of great ideas already posted. I like it simple & easy to pronounce:

Mule Team Riders or Mule Riders
Mule Team Nerds
MuleEdgeTesters or MuleEdge-sters or MuleEgde-u-Testers or MuleEdgeTest-u-cators (ok the last one is too much)
MuleEdgeTestCreators
MTNTs: Mule Team Ninja Testers (kind of makes no sense, but is funny)
MTSTs: Mule Team Steel Testers
MT-MTs: Mule TeaM Testers (just wanted to do anything analogous for the AT-AT from Star Wars)

For many it is about the steels. Maybe “steel” should be mentioned: Mule Team Steel Nerds

How about Spyderco’s own pitch on the homepage: Mule Team Army

Since mule headed probably applies to many of us, why not just call us the “Mule Heads”.
