Thanks for the welcome Sal. Glad to be part of it.
Used your knives for many years.
Rescue team loved them!
I still carry a combo Delica.
Best knives I ever had.
Looking forward to the Mule.

I'm extremely excited for this. Thanks for the heads up Kristi.

I don't own any knives with CPM S45VM.but am very excited to try out the steel. I hope the edge retention is better than my CPM S30 knife.

Well, this is all pretty exciting! I started buying Spydies back when the civilian model still had rubber inserts in the handles and they cost over $200. (The inserts didn't last, btw :( ) I collect and use knives, so I just went into my knife room to see how many Spydies I had, and it's about 20 (I've got around 400 knives), including the Tatanka and my favorite, the K2 (two of'em!). Yet I was unaware of the fact that Spyderco had its own forums. I was on bladeforums, but not often. Now I've learned about Mule Team, and I'm jazzed! Hope to score a few, I work on an 8,500 acre property in Texas cutting wood and plants every day, so being able to try out these different steels will help inform me of the best options for steels I can really use. Wish I had known about all of this a long time ago! Well, gonna set an alarm and say a prayer. Does anyone know about how many of these MT knives are available at release? Hundreds, thousands, or just a few?

$50 + shipping. Possibly tax if you're in their area?

Just ordered 2 sheaths, one of each. My wife told me to get them after she seen my CRKT with one and the mule without. She also let me get one in anticipation of my next mule, how awesome is that! I'm super lucky she still supports my hobby. The Boltaron for my PD1 and the leather for the next one I get. I'm not sure if it will be this one coming up or the Z-max. I really wanted the Spy27 but missed out.

Think most are waiting for the Z-Max :D .....but they will sell out all the same.

The Z-Max will be the panic stations

Well I was probably going to wait for the Z-max mule like a lot of people will but I actually couldn’t wait and had a custom fixed blade made in it! And let me tell you I am impressed with its performance, it is really good and not even hard to sharpen easier than my s110v military for sure. Seeing as is popular mules have been I might still go both but not as worried about getting a Z-max anymore, but I’d highly recommend getting one 🔥👍
