Vanadis 8?

I recently made a knife from Vanadis 8 and I have to say...wow.

Will we get a Mule in this steel (pretty please)?

This is a steel I definitely want to try when I get the chance. I've yet to try a pure vanadium carbide steel. I'm all for more mules in different steels.

Postet it already in some thread: Sign me up for Vanadis 8 Mule! :)

Seems to be a bit tougher than K390 with just a little less wear resistance.
Or like a more tougher Rex 45 with more wear resistance.

I think something around 63 to 64 HRC would be a good target.

I'm in! You had me at tougher K390.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.
