After carefully reading everything Larrin has posted about MagnaCut on Knife Steel Nerds, and listening to what Shawn at BBB has to say about his testing results (who I know I can trust due to having spent many, many hours discussing and reviewing all sorts of testing of various steels with him in the past), and then seeing that other knife makers are saying the same things I have no reservations with saying this is the best new steel to be introduced into the knife world in a very long time. Based on it's properties alone, this steel is going to be a "best choice" in a very wide swath of knife applications.

If you like Mules and you've ever regretted missing out on ANY Mule in the past, I promise you I'm giving you good advice when I say you're going to regret missing out on this one even more if you don't get at least one.

If your favorite steel is 3V, 4V, V4E, CruWear, S30V, S35VN, S45VN, M4, Elmax, VG10, CPM154, Vanax, or M390 you might just have a new favorite when you get a chance to try MagnaCut.

1 for the USA. After reading the article, a Mule in this steel seems like the one to get.

Yes indeed. Two for me, and I am in the USA -- and I voted in the poll.

This would be a tragedy to pass up. Very exciting.

I'm in for 1, in the USA. If more than normal were made, then I would be in for 2 so that I could gift one to a good friend.
