Why no logo?

Just curious why there is no counterpart to the spyderco bug for byrd blades? Seems like brand identity would be helped by a recognizable bird on the blade, and an easy critter to make a logo of.

I think it's the hole shape that takes the place of it.

I'm no marketing pro, but a hole shape isn't really a logo.

Probably not really a "logo" in the true sense, but it is trademarked and we've been using it as such.

The only other knife I have ever seen with the byrd eye came long before byrd. It was a Chinese Cricket knockoff in the Atlanta Cutlery catalog, back in 2001-2002
