Did I receive a fake Tern?

Every torx aside from the one holding the clip is t6. The non clip side doesn't have slots milled for the clip.

It does look off. My Tern has larger screws and does have the slots for the wire clip on both sides.

I've seen fakes of 3 Byrd models that I can recall, not counting the dozen models of Spyderco fakes of course

and you also have RAT1, Kershaw, CRKT and budget Cold Steel fakes. Nowadays it's crazy
