Stretch 2 thoughts

I'm getting back into knives and specifically Spyderco after a long absence and was looking at the Stretch 2. I'm rotating a Roadie and Dogtag as my office EDC in dress slacks where I try and be low-key. I'm looking for a "larger" model for my off hours. I carried a Delica for years and was looking at a Salt 1 as it's replacement but then saw the Stretch 2.

I'd appreciate any input or info or reviews of the Stretch 2.

The Stretch 2 is a fantastic knife. After hearing so many good things about it for a long time, I finally tried the Hap40 version. I liked it much better than I thought I would.

Great ergos, delightfully thin, slicy grind, and in this case, Hap40 takes a wicked sharp edge. If you like a good lockback in this blade length, I think you will be pleased with this model. I don't carry mine in the office though. I prefer much smaller, less conspicuous knives for where I work.

You might consider the Chaparral or Sage for office carry.
