Any chance of a Crossbill in G10 coming back? or even in FRN maybe.

I still personally really want one.

Anyone feel the same?

It's a terrific blade. I would like to see it a tad lighter if possible. Maybe even with FFG treatment.

Hey KBar,
I had been eyeballing the g10 Crossbill at my local dealer for months, and last week my wife made it my birthday present.

It's a very solid and capable knife, and very comfortable in the hand.
I carried it at work last week, and it performed nicely cutting cardboard and nylon packing straps.
So far, the edge is still holding up very well.
Now I've got my sights on the Wings slip-it.
Later,
Don

I can't imagine why the G-10 Crossbill was discontinued either--other than maybe SS is less expensive to produce. Hard to second-guess Spyderco, but it would seem to me that in a knife with a blade shape best suited for marine use non-slip grip would be of utmost importance. And G-10 is considerably better than SS in that category. Here's a vote to bring back either the G-10 Byrd Crossbill SE or the G-10 SE Spyderco Harpy.
