Please Taz or any Mod, please capitalize the "b" in the subforum title.

My OCD is not letting me rest. :D

Glad I am not the only one who noticed. It's like a tick, my eyes focus on that little b each time I look at the forums.

That's correct. Guess I mustn't be very OCD because, to be honest, I never really noticed it before. But now that I looked, Spyderco definitely spells byrd with a lower case b in the online catalog and all the other byrd advertising literature.

Is that so? I must not be OCD enough then. I never noticed the capitalization in the catalogue.

Hi,

The "byrd" trademark is with a lower case "b". This avoids confusion with a person's name, which will always begin with an upper case "B".

The first time I read that I thought you were spelling it "ODC" as a joke...had to read it three times.

Isn't byrd the name of the knife brand?

Makes me question why Spyderco is capitalized.

Possibly because Byrd might be a persons name, where as Spyderco, not so much...

Oh, for some reason I was thinking first name, not last name. Last name makes much more sense.

For chuck's sake, how about the "s" in "sal?" Is there a story behind that as well? :)
