I stopped receiving email notifications of new posts in subscribed threads a couple of months ago. I've tried resetting notifications in my control panel but it hasn't helped so far. Anybody else have this problem?

I'm still unable to get email notifications, although I have it selected in my preferences. I find it convenient to get these in my email and was able to for several years, but it stopped about 4 months ago.

Is this convenience no longer available, or do I have something set wrong? Is anybody else still getting them?
