Spyderco Counterfeits, Clones, Replicas, etc. A place to list and reference all Spyderco counterfeits, clones, and replicas that are found. Anything that isn't a legitimate Spyderco fits in this area.
I’d like to thank all of you for the great information on the issue mentioned. My primary purpose for the thread was more to raise awareness that it is a problem and hope that just the greater awareness would help...

This forum has some of the most kindhearted people that I have ever met . So many of you are always willing to help someone in need. It is for that reason that I felt I had to post this.
Recently there was someone who posted about challenges they were...

tl;dr
SE are the bees knees and you need to get with the program. Just as with PE knives, not all SE knives are created equally and different combinations perform better than others. Towards the end there's a bit of why I'm bothering with all this if...
There has been some discussion and fair amount of frustration on the question of Spyderco choosing not to ship internal parts. The subject is far more complicated than it might appear on the surface. Some of the questions...
Hello everybody...
It's a long time I was not on that place, but even if I was not logged since October 2016 still I was looking time to time at spyderco new models and new releases.
I'm here because after so many years I had to buy a new piece....

The May 2022 issue of Spyderco Byte includes upgrade of H-1 to H-2 stainless steel.
Due to dynamic changes in the Japanese steel industry, H-1 will no longer be produced. Current inventory of the steel is being rapidly exhausted, as are current...

this looks like it could be a really great edc fixed blade. i'm curious about the plunge grind and the really narrow portion where the handle meets the blade, but i'll probably still try it out. i like this blade shape a lot and my experience with...

I’ve been noticing a phenomenon for the last few years…some steels keep their front end sharpness over time without any use and others seem to very subtly dull, even without use. I’m not sure what makes this happen…it seems to be a subcategory or edge...

I was just sat in my office cooling off from some landscaping work, enjoying a frosty Coke Zero and idly cleaning my Cruwear Manix 2 XL when it occurred to me that the handle and CBBL locking mechanism would really lend themselves to a big Bowie blade...
Like, I get it, there's really great enthusiasm for this really great new steel.
If we look at it from a numbers-only point of view ( source ) we can see that the steel offers *amazing* corrosion resistance with *good* toughness, and *average* edge...
Ok, so what do y’all think of an A) chisel grind option and B) of it favouring right handed bias, meaning the bevels would be on the “show” side (thanks The Internet for creating a “show side” 🙄 )

Wow, what a knife. I'll be honest I wasn't blown away by pictures, but I just got to handle one the other day and man was I impressed, like Military competition impressed. Like might be my favorite choiled design impressed.
For many years I only had eyes for the leaf one but that funky drop point blade started to grow on me. It screams “spyderco” and it really is a good performer. The Heinnie red exclusive drop point sealed the deal for me. I love that thing. I only wish...
Time for another round of Spyderco's BBB 15v! :party-face
This is the thread for In Stock alert posts.
I would never tell anybody what to do but, maybe we can keep other comments and discussion in the CPM 15V PM2 thread here...
I personally don't...

Every week I see some really great pics on this forum so I thought we could have a weekly competition. The competition will last from Monday to Sunday and the winner and runner up will be announced on Sunday evening. The winner will be the judge for the...
I’ve been considering buying a BRK Bravo 1.25 or 1.5 for a while, partly for the size and partly for a convex grind off the shelf. The thing is I’d really prefer a Spyderco all things being equal, so was wondering if there has ever been (or plans to be) a...
basically, i want to be able to add a wise men signet ring to a salt 2 wharncliffe, but they aren't compatible because of how the salt handles are manufactured. that means i need handle scales that don't require liners to put the blade, lock, spring, and...
Does anyone know what steel the back lock and spring are made of on the new Native 5 Salt MagnaCut? I assume it’s just stainless but am wondering if they were also made from the same steel.
This thread is meant to be connected to peoples email alerts, so please don't make excessive comments, only post links and leads on drops of the 15V Shaman Sprint.

Will there ever be a CF/S90V Caribbean? It seems like the sales of the Caribbean have been good enough to warrant one. It’s hard to imagine how beautiful CF scales would be with that milled pattern, peel-ply or not I don’t care. Side note; has...

I was just upstairs in my knife/workout room. I was standing there infront of my display stands, admittedly flicking a few knives around. (This new position at work has me in a serious knife use depression)
I give you ... the Spyderco Salt2 in plain edge. This baby displaced most of my plain edge Delicas and I tell you why. That hollow ground H1 blade cuts like a dream. It is thinner behind the edge than the usual ffg Delica, believe it or not, and that...

Recently I launched a thread asking you folks which 3 of the older models you all would like to see in a Sprint Run. The one model that just kept coming up over and over again was the C-60 Ayoob model. It just makes perfect sense to take a hard look at a...
