Has anyone else noticed some user avatars disappearing? On some I just see User Avatar which implies they have one set, but it is not rendering.

i did a search today, it had multiple pages of finds, when i clicked on the second page it said i have to wait 20 seconds between searches. There should not be a time limit to see the next page.
