I noticed the sale price last night myself. The $19.99 price is only on the PE version. I bought one a couple of weeks ago when the price was $29.99. Last night I bought two more. One to save and one for my dad for father's day. ~Jeff <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle b...

Alot of great suggestions here. But it seems strange that they need to be made at all. Since there is this problem with the black clips why doesn't just Spyderco fix it?

Allen, Thanks for the info. My question is: What does companies like Benchmade and Emerson Knives do differently to their black clips that Spyderco does not? I've had two CQC7s and I still have (and carry) a Benchmade 721. The black finish has never worn off. Jeff <img src="spyder.gif" wid...

My PE Almite Cricket. It's a little rough around the edges but it's still one great knife.

My FRN PE Cricket is my most carried knife. It used to be the knife I carried when I flew, that was before airline security dropped the ball.

Calyth, No matter where you go in this world there are always going to be those people who will be bothered regardless of how small a knife you carry. See if the area you live in has any laws regarding legal knife carry. If the knifes you carry are within the legal size then I wouldn't worry about i...

Greetings,

Is the Dodo comparable to a Navigator or is it more like the Salsa (a big-little knife?)

Just wondering.
