I know as hard as it is to fight that Spyder urge. Wipe out those unforgiving debts. Then when that problem is over and done with, stress will not take over when you purchase your beloved spydies. My prayers go out to you because it is truly hard to control strong cravings.

Worker that is one fine knife. I cannot even consider a Holy Grail, I always shift. I may see a new model (Thanks Sal and crew!) and say that is the one. Or a specific need that I feel that needs to be addressed at a specific time. Currently it is my beloved Spyder Karambit. All this only to say that...

Raven, I am sorry that it took me awhile to respond. I am with you all the way on this type of individual. I dispise a coward the most, second to a lier. These people have no reason to be in law enforcement or teaching anyone anything. The typical attitude displayed by this person really shows how s...

Guys, I must admit, I would be one of the most horrible knife collectors around because it would be too hard to keep my spyders in a safe especially a military. Oh well at this point so much for collecting. I guess I would be more like a user collector. Most of my knifes are used at one point or ano...

Currently it has been the Walmart special, the Native. I have been using it to cut up excess boxes, heavy plastic bags of insulation etc. I have to say, this is my first experience with S30v as a user and it has my respect so far.

Hey Daywalker,

I am glad you and your family are safe from that big dogasaursus you described. Make that call to the animal authorities before someone gets seriously hurt. You take care bro and God bless you and your family.

I think right now, the spyder that I compare everything else to in terms of quality and solidly built is the Gunting. It was the knife that started this whole spyder craze. Of course the Karambit model next. The Endura 3 (p.e.) model. As far as edc that changes according to my primary needs, but I t...

Today's carry was a newly aquired Endura held in a suspended neck sheath around my neck to try out(usually it's my ever present La Griffe emerson necker). Attached just to the left of my belt buckle is my Spyderco Karambit. Haven't you guys and gals heard that I like my karambit! In a velcro pocket ...

I have really been working the two handed method with my spderco karambit consistently. Unless you suffer an arm injury before your able to draw your knife, this is a solid, safer, method. I will add as a side-note that when I introduced some scenario training where students had to respond-NOW! More...
