Re: Parats

Well, mine came today. I am very impressed by the appearance but somewhat disappointed in the functionality. I have all of Paul’s other designs and this one is the least smooth opening and closing of the lot. Blade can be thumb flicked open but the blade on mine will not free fall after disengagemen...

Re: Search for the Perfect Knife: Spyderco Sub-Hilt Folder

It is indeed close to being perfect. I recently purchased one in DA and it’s a hoot to deploy manually or automatically. I have yet to have anyone figure out how to deploy it automatically without being shown how to. :)

Re: Please a double action knife!

No thanks, the Autonomy and Sub Hilt are enough for me. I don't like OTF knives either. I really want to get a Sub Hilt customized by Mr. Vallotton. I know I’m late to this post but I recently purchased a DA Sub Hilt from PVK and it is amazing! I have had no worries about caring it even though it’s...

514A3F42-1FAE-4C52-A3D7-259C08AF7D69.jpeg My new DA Sub Hilt. :) Man I already miss my Vallotton but I really want an auto version. How reliable is the action/spring? Haven’t had her too long but it fires out fast and smooth with solid lock up. Butch puts a very robust leaf spring in the spine. Hop...

I am still stunned over how good that Native Chief looks.
That was exactly my first impression too! IMHO it’s the best looking Native yet and I love how Spyderco takes order models and improves them. Well done spyder crew! :)

Re: Native Chief Use

I just received this knife last night and am extremely impressed with it. Partial report from another Native Chief Thread with an update at the end. 1. Sharpness out of the box is excellent so much so I thought woah hold up is this S30V. 2. Feels perfect in the hand, my hand usuals seeks a finger c...

Re: Native Chief - Can we get a heartbeat?

Just opened mine - typically excellent fit and finish. Solid lockup, no play, smooth action, blade is dead center. I love the size, it's a big knife, and it's a looker for sure. https://i.imgur.com/kil96SE.jpg https://i.imgur.com/xlZhDwg.jpg Ditto me on that! Just got mine and I love it! Put a Shor...

Yep DLT they are one of my favorite sellers and with their points system I saved around $30.00. I also got the cloth nice touch DLT. Not sure about other states but their free shipping is super fast to Florida. Took 2 days when I ordered 2 of the PM2 CV20's last week. Yes, DLT rocks! I swear they h...
