Re: End of road for K11 / K12 / K13 ... kitchen knives?

Seems as if this is the case. I too was excited to see where this series was going. The K11P sees a ton of time out in the kitchen, guessing the K11S and K12P will serve us equally as well until the LC200N starts showing up.

Are the grey G10 scales the same grey as either the Maxamet or Cru-Wear versions?
Dont have the Maxamet :( but appears to be the same as the CPM CRUWEAR.

Re: Have you gotten your dream blade of 2018?

I'll take Evil D's answer any say that I haven't any "Dream blades," but the SpyderHawk is a great piece of :spyder: history that I now get to experience.
The 20CV PM2 is probably my favorite blade in 2018.

Re: yojimbo salt

personally, i’d rather have the yojimbo in a salt version. i’d be happy with dlc s30v though. it surprises me spyderco doesn’t want to make other versions. the sprints/exclusives all sell out so fast. at any rate, i’m looking forward to a dlc yojimbo (salt or not) and i’ll probably buy it and the t...

Re: yojimbo salt

Better chance at a Lil Matriarch salt. Although I wonder if they could use the existing molds? Absolutely :D It would be such an easy (seemingly) run to do. Blow the dust off the old Lil' Matriarch logo disks, swap them out in the Delica 4 mold, mix up some SpyderHawk orange FRN, "laser" ...

Re: yojimbo salt

I think a H1 Lil' Matriarch SE Salt is the answer to mine, yours, and a lot of other peoples needs. A great rust-proof utility folder that would make an excellent SD option if it came to it. Realistically I think we will see the PM2 Salt before the Yo2, which I am 100% a-okay with. Sal has said it h...

Re: C41NSPSRD5 - Native 5 Never Summer Exclusive - Available NOW

So I would guess that the differences in hardware choice has less to do with the hardware and more to do with the steel. I have tested lc200n extensively with regular uncoated hardware and I believe those knives are "salt" worthy but not quite on the level with the seki salts. (because of...

Re: More pink Dragonflies, please

Yea. The pink :spyder: s open up the concept of EDCing a pocket knife to a huge segment of the population. In my experience in using they generally draw curiosity from people who might not necessarily carry a pink knife themselves, but have their interest in Spyderco piqued just seejng them. Also, c...

More UKPKs + More Maxamet = More winners in my book. Seems like this is pretty doable since there doesn't appear to be an issue with Maxamet and the lightweights.
