Well, yesterday at this point, the big guy arrived this morning = Caly Monday :D

BEAUTIFUL.

A tool steel for sure, it would be great to see some a non-DLC 4V blade paired with a heavily textured Micarta

How about a Rex45 blade with wood scales, perhaps something like the KC Pakkawood...

The Native 5 is the mid-sized Native. :) At what point does adding half an inch to a model get redundant? In my unpopular opinion, I do not think the Native needs a variant in every size range from 2.5" up to 4". I would rather see Spyderco invest their time and money into something else ...

Agreed 100%, the MXG Manix2 clip (#102381) is one of my fave for several models like the McBee, Burch Chubby & Astute among others...

Mine has been getting quite a bit of pocket time lately as my secondary/serrated EDC knife, it makes quite a few chores a bit more enjoyable, it's a monster in the garden. :D

As was already mentioned the "completed auctions" results from ebay is a good place to see what a particular model has been going for and when. I also visit arizonacustomknives.com as well....

Has anyone heard anything further? I've looked around their IG & website and haven't come across anything...

What reason would anyone at Spyderco have to photoshop the details of serration geometry? We are a very specific and narrow target audience! Seems like sometimes they mock up the photo before they have a production sample to take real pics of . I didn't mean that to sound like they're trying to dup...

I've been on the edge of picking one up a couple times just because it's such a unique blade shape & I want to try a new lock type out, I think the time is near...
