Re: The Tactical Bottle Opener: Spyderco ClipiTool Standard
In my dogged pursuit of low carb beers, EIGHT Elite Light Lager came to my attention rivaling Michelob ultra with only 90 cal and 2.6 carbs. There was no mention of where it was brewed but the bottom of the carton bore a silhouette of Texas with a star about where I live. So it has to be a Texas bee...

Re: Show your Bugs and Critters
Years ago before I let my picture windows get dirty whenever a bird would fly into the glass and knock himself out I would put him on the picnic table away from the ants and dogs and see if he recovered. Several did, one or two did not. This Pine Warbler is almost completely recovered. https://lh3.g...

Re: Show your Bugs and Critters
Since I quit washing my picture windows
I have had no bird strikes.
That's my excuse and I'm going to stick to it.

Re: Spyderco Knife For Boy Scouts
What about the ClipiTool Standard?
It has a bottle opener and can opener,
two screwdriver blades and a wire stripper.
Just add tribute etching on the blade for Trail Life.
And it is more affordable for scouts.
As for the toothpick, whittle a point on a twig.
That's what the blade is for.

Re: Show your Bugs and Critters
Red Wasps, Umbrella Paper Wasps, have been swarming my back porch. At 10pm I go out with a bright flashlight and wasp spray and spray them where they roost in groups on the ceiling of the porch.
