Re: The Last Gun You Bought

268F50C1-23E2-4619-81BB-0C2F3E48C4A3.jpeg I’m thinking about getting this pistol. I hear great things about it. It has all the features I’m looking for in a pistol and I hear CZ has great reliability. Does anyone have any input to help sway me one way or the other on this decision? Any input would ...

Re: How many knives do you normally carry on you?

I carry 3 at work

Summer time it’s always
DLC PM2 or PE Caribbean leaf,
Enuff leaf shape,
Native Salt (exclusively for food).

Not at work 1 or 2. Full size folder and something small probably Native Salt.
However in high risk/danger areas I bring a fixed blade to accompany the pistol.

Re: Your value line knives

I really enjoy my Bow River. It’s been great in the kitchen. I've been thinking about getting another one to try out for work. Wish they sharpened the full edge on em. That’s a very easy fix, I did it to mine :winking-tongue But you gotta be careful… I also know why they didn’t! Exactly… I really d...

Re: Paramilitary 2 collision with chain wallet = time for sharpener?

I really like the Spyderco Sharpmaker for maintenance sharpening, if you have the CBN or diamond stones it may be enough to fix your Paramilitary 2 but I don’t have either one so I’m not positive on that. You mentioned inconsistencies in factory angels. Let me put it this way once you’ve corrected a...

Re: Spyderco Models You Just Can't Quit Playing With

I think my most fidget friendly knife is my Para 3 lightweight (standard model).
It makes very satisfying click clacking sounds, Spydie and thumb flicks great. Though it’s not my favorite Spyderco it is definitely fun to fidget with.

Re: S90V PM2 Teal and DLC

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the color combination. I don’t have a problem with with teal, I bought the teal VG-10 Delica when it came out just because of the color. Really the only color I wouldn’t buy is pink, however this is kind of my point. Just because one person doesn’t like a co...

Nice photo & nice knife too. The frame lock thing stops me from getting one but I’ve always liked this model. It looks like it would excel in a lot of different tasks especially on the cutting board.

Re: "As close to perfection as possible" folder from Spyderco?

You know… it is kinda strange Spyderco doesn’t make a left handed Para 3. I thought it’s popularity would warrant such a thing. I asked some time ago if it would ever be considered and got no response and I respect their decisions. I like The Para3 but too small to close in my larger hand as a left...

Re: Best Spyderco budget beater knife.

As far as beater knives from Spyderco I have a CaraCara that served me pretty good but I stopped using it when I tried to move the clip and the screws stripped out. It’s A back up in the truck now. If I think there’s potential to damage my knife I’ll just use a razor knife. As far as prying. I don’t...

Since Christmas, it's been the Microtech Mini UDT auto. I carry it in my watch pocket and play with it any chance I get. :) Thanks for the pic! Wow that thing is “mini” Cool knife. I’m wondering where you came across a mini UDT auto. Those haven’t been around for a while as far as I know. I’d reall...

Re: Lynch NW

I’m very curious to see the long Lynch clip on a Police Lightweight. I really like my police lightweight but it snags so hard on my pocket. I’m not complaining… I knew the Police Lightweight was like this before I bought it, just saying.
