Sure. Google sheets. Just create the sheet as editable by anybody and share the link. But if anybody can edit it, you get what you get.

The issue for me is that the SpydieWiki isn't a wiki. It's now a company web page. The whole point of a wiki is collaborative editing and contribution. Wiki's are often created to fill the information gaps that can't be met without informal collaboration.
