Re: 52100 military sprint

Possibly my favorite knife (I have a well-used user and a pristine backup), alongside the 52100 PM2 and Para3 of course ;) Ultra-sharp and ultra-easy to keep that way, and absolutely flawless fit and finish. Corrosion isn't a big issue for me; I occasionally get a little orange rust that somes righ...

All cleaned up after work and ended up like this. I do enjoy that handy little pocket. PXL_20210611_210615055sm.jpg Nice! Norrøna? Takk! Indeed, i am a huge fan. Their stuff is so nice and fits me very well... i am pretty much exactly a medium. It's great for those of us who are long- limbed...

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

I’ve been enjoying comparing, carrying and using my Spydie fixed blades on weekends lately. The SPY27 Mule, Waterway, Southfork, Bradley Bowie and Proficient have all been in the mix. Today it’s this superb blade, which helped me concoct a green tea and overproof white rum hot toddy: 03F5CB62-775F-...

Re: Talking about your traditional knives

This delightful Michael May Lambsfoot in Bocote is a very generous surprise gift (among others) from a forum friend. PXL_20210606_153029405sm.jpg It arrived in the mail yesterday, although it was slated for delivery on Monday. Needless to say i was very excited-- last night we met a friend at a loca...

Re: Chief Lightweight

I would probably only get an FRN Chief in an LC200N salt variant.

Not to yuck anyone's yum, but I'd like a G10 handled salt Chief more than FRN. I really like and carry my Native Salts a lot, but would rather a G10 handle on those too.

I would buy one, but (like a broken record) would prefer a CruWear drop point Stretch 2 or maybe Endela.
