Just opened my lum and its a gorgeous knife, blade doesn't touch liners at all, gorgeous lines where the laminated blade changes metal. Just a great knife. Thanks for bringing it to us Sal and others.

I sent mine in over a week ago, I know they'll take care of it. If I wasn't on the forum to know they'd take care of it though I'd likely be turned away from the brand by the demeanor of the customer service rep causing me to doubt how the company treats it's customers.

The spyderco customer service rep I talked to seemed to not care about the customer at all and simply said the same blurb about send it in with $5. I don't expect miracles but at least pretend you appreciate your customers.

The Shaman is getting a decent reaction in the marketplace. I'm sure that one way or another, there will be upgrades.

Bento is known for that, and for that alone I won't do business with them. Spyderco on the other hand will help you out if you send it to them.

Caved on the KW Titanium/Cf R.I.L. s90v Millie. Seems like a great choice for my first Military. Had it in my cart three times with payment filled out and couldn't pull the trigger, but tonight was a different story!

I'm sad. This thread made me shop for a new knife, so I thought I'd try the highly esteemed serrated h1. Haven't yet, but sinful thoughts have been lurking of trying a benchmade but need a larger grip size and some of there's look quite small.

I hear you. I have some polished edges, and some toothy. Got one of each on me right now. Night shift almost over thank goodness.

Working nightshift myself, carrying 4 spydies myself. Can never have enough.

I don't care an exact number. The number does nothing for me, the performance of the blade speaks for itself.

Spyderco is phenomenal that way. Each awesome new knife sprouts ideas for more. Spyderco pleases customers with reckless abandon!
