Some states have passed legilsation that sates how they can word legislation LOL. So some states have "common language" legislation.... others it takes a degree in legal-eese LOL. Seems to me that laws should make sense to the people they are designed to protect and or control. But that wo...

Its an odd thing. Here in Ga I can carry 5" or less but many municiplaities have pre-emptive laws. I live in a county with no such laws but work in Atlanta which has the most restricitive laws. 3" non locking, 2" locking. Thats why i am TOTALLY psyched about my new UKPK on its way! Th...

My "polishing cloth" is an old chunk of a t shirt that has mineral oil on it. :) Works perfect and the only cost was the huge bottle of mineral oil which was chearp. The mineral oil is great, esp if you ever cut food or anything. I have a full serrated Endura. (not a curved blade per se).....

Yeah serrations are a little more tricky. But like I said, all mine are users. So I use my sharpmaker and then touch each serration up by hand. All my serrated edges are as sharp as needed... cant shave with them, but then again, thats probably because of the serrations. But yeah, serrations, and th...

So, why edc a knife if you don't use it? Defense, using your reasoning I would never carry my pistol. Also, straight from spyderco's website for the civilian " Because of its distinctly specialized features it is not intended or designed for general utility or everyday use ." Actually car...

Is this your first knife ever? Personally I wouldn't send it anywhere. You NEED to learn to sharpen your own blades. I don't know what you mean by a cut test... but that edge will not stay on there forever. Part of owning a knife is knowing how to sharpen it.... At least that's what my dad always ta...

They really are great knives. All the way from the affordable ones right up to the higher end sprints. Sal sure built a great company. Indeed. I met Sal at a knife show in Atlanta. Neat guy, very nice to talk with. I think a Native is next. Ill get the Tenacious in today and then wait a bit for the...

Yep, I was working on a ropes course at the time (mid 90's) and the full serrated Endura was a perfect knife for cutting all kinds of rope.

Hello All... Package due in the mail today!

Hi all, first post here, but I am by no means a newbie to Spydercos. :) Ive never gotten one of the "high end" Spydies, but I have a nice little group of "workers". It all started years ago with a full serrated Endura, then a 50/50 Delica, then a Meerkat, then another Delica 4 FF...
