Never had any probs with a spyderco with swift flicking..
I flick a lot and like it. Better as autos related to maintain with less care /cleaning..

A certain new affi's blade keeps me happy all day flickin.. starts with a C , L , B. Lol Model D.. ;)

imo tomato/ juice is nasty .. it is not only acidic but also something else that will coat blades if not rinced of after work. Some flitz polish or other CrO compound chrome/metal polish and a micro fibre cloth should take care of your problem. I have no ZDP one but hear more stuff about it staining...

Asfaltpiloot , i'm thinking about picking up a D10 myself with regular AA ones. In that way i can use nimh rechargables which cost less then CR/lion batteries. I also think the head without "teeth" will be easier on pockets (wear) instead of the Defender. Output is the same right?

Thanks Datan. The last one actually is a scene mode called 'pinhole' on my camera. It however lowers the resolution/ detail. Still have a lot to learn especially concerning manual mode. That Lava of yours with G10? looks extra yummy. ;) converting colour pics to B&W imo give better result then c...
