Re: CPM 15v Manix 2

I was literally just cutting thick plastic ties off of boxes of tile with my s90v manix 2 ltwt last week.
No problems.

You could cut those ties with a long thin piece of s110v or maxamet as thin as a razor blade so long as you were smart about it.

The Atlantic Salt still uses this clip attachment method, no?

Are there any other models still in production using it?

I have a question.
My siren has the lock issue and I still havent had a chance to send it in. Since its discoed does that just mean I can never get it fixed?

Re: Anyone else prefer Barrel Nut Clip Holder

I do like the design but I have also been lucky and not has any problems with it. ... 2) I've seen the recess in the FRN get wallowed out to the point where the clip is no longer stable. I seem to recall someone having one get to the point where the clip would actually rotate. Aside from that, I lik...

I would rather see the Spyderhawk Salt be brought back before anything else.

Also, save the Aqua Salt.

This kind of just sounds like, "Whats your favorite Seki model?".

I like most of them so Im probably no help.

Hard to go wrong with an endura. Although I do have a police 4 lightweight in my pocket right now.

Yeah, Seki has gotten bad about this. Some of my older seki knives seem to hold the screw in place better, not sure if they have loctite or not since I havent disassembled them.

Re: Dragonfly on PFD

Nice. How long does a zinger hold up with regular salt water exposure? Im assuming the internal spring is stainless. I could use to get a long time out of cheap carabiners even with daily salt water exposure until they fell apart. I have thought about doing a similar setup but I have been very lucky...

Spyderco puts a super steel in a US made knife at a great price and people are complaining.

Just dont buy it if you think it wont work for you.
