Re: Bow River steel upgrade please
Wait a second. I thought the point of the Bow River was that it was a relatively inexpensive Chinese Spyderco fixie. Are you proposing shipping a high grade steel to China to make an upgraded Bow River? Or are you proposing to have the Bow River made elsewhere, and to become a higher end, more expe...

Bow River steel upgrade please
What is the possibility of a steel upgrade for the Bow River? I recently purchased 4 for Xmas gifts and probably getting 2 more. Love everything about it but wish it had a better steel. Who else would be on board? I know there has been small talk about it in the past from other forum members, but I ...

Re: Spyderco's ATS-55 Era of the late 90s
I have a Police model with ATS-55 that was gifted to me in the early 2000’s. It was my first Spyderco. I remember it being in a white box. Unfortunately I got rid of the box and wish I still had it.

Re: Preferred sharpening angle for Shaman
Appreciate the answers. I have couple Shamans lined up to be sharpened including one for my friend who is sending it to me. I just don’t want him to worry about regrinding down the line.

Preferred sharpening angle for Shaman
What is your preferred angle for sharpening a Shaman? Anyone know the factory angle? I know there was another thread in the past regarding the lowest angle for a Shaman, but I’m curious to know what angle you Shaman users like to keep it at? Thanks.

Both my buddy and I ordered from them the first time you posted. No issues at all. Received shipping info and knife came in a few days.Buddafucco wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 5:51 pmBack at SoonerStateKnives... Re: crucarta pm2 now shipping
It’s interesting to me that all these small shops are getting them in, but none of the big name online retailers have them yet. If it’s because Spyderco is taking care of the small mom and pop shops first, then props to them.

Re: Para 3 LW centering
What does surprise me about this is, it almost seems like people refuse to try to fix what is very easy to fix 99% of the time. I have tried your method (as you did with the Police 4 K390) and it did not work. I know other people that have tried various different methods with their lightweights wit...

Re: Para 3 LW centering
So the question is why is it that some are perfectly centered out of the box, and many are way off centered and can’t be fixed at all. Both of them have only 1 washer so I’m curious to know what is the difference? I've wondered the same thing. My CTS-BD1 is centered. My M390 and SPY27 are not. Pers...
