haha, there are a couple things! the problem with this and a lot of other restrictive laws are the media and topic uninformed public combined with any politician (no matter what orientation) the media picks up something and forces politician to do something specific about this very particular topic ...

knock on wood - strangely the knife laws all over europe are different.
i’m not complaining since in my country there’s pretty much everything allowed - only punch daggers and disguised knives are restricted.

same back here in austria, but the news are picking up on knife incidents and some people already are talking about a ban of knives 0_0

yeah, i read about the policy, but doesn’t it say loctite, but userfriendly loctite?
and if there was a „no loctite“ policy, did it start when the PITS was made?

i already secured the screws with medium loctite, so it doesn’t matter anymore.

i got mine today and really like it! but something struck me as odd - the blade had side to side play so i took a chance and tightened the pivot a little bit! that fixed the issue. later on i felt the screw heads of the stop pin and the lock pin weren’t flush with the handle so i got my torx driver ...
