Cru-wear is one I like a lot. I have a Wilmont Knives K25 and it loves to cut and keep on cutting. I missed picking up a Spyderco Cru-Wear knife.

My CPM-M4 Military. A few swipes on my ultrafine stone every month or so and it keeps slicing keenly. Great steel.
