The Phillips reminds me a bit of the Tim Wenger hunter from years ago.

Re: H1 is the perfect EDC steel. Change my mind..

I’ve had several full flat ground over the years. Some by Krein, others by Southard. Good stuff as long as long you don’t need oodles of edge retention. It’s about as good as I’d ever need.

Re: What is this NW Safari Erik Remmen knife?

I remember the old magazine ads from the early 90’s. A beardy and sunglasses wear Remmen was attacking a fit woman. She usually was countering to his forearm with an Endura if memory serves.

Millennials :D

Does no one remember the great wait of 2010? The coveted KW G-10 / Ti / CPM-M4 Military? Now that was a long wait. Well worth it, though.

Very nice! Is the wood aromatic like the leaves? How’s A11 working out in S.A.?

So I should expect it to patina almost instantly like the Super Blue does? I’m pretty excited for these, and my wife is pleased to be adding another to her Ladybug collection.

Re: Neeley lock Sage 6

That’s an interesting lock. I remember wanting a TimberLite Folder in the worse way. I finally got one and was underwhelmed by the Neely Lock. When cutting thick cardboard and pulling the blade through, the possibility of unlocking it is pretty great. It’s a fun mechanism, but it’s always been more ...

Got mine today. It’s very thin overall, and that’s fine by me! The nested liners are interesting, they are only maybe 50% the width of the handle. I like it a lot, well done Spyderco.

I’d like some RWL-34 Sprints

Being a collector who’s first steel buzzword was ATS-34, and then BG-42, I’d sure like to see a modern version of those in a Sprint. A Military, Para 2, or Manix 2 would be great :)

Who’s with me?
