Something interesting I’ve notice is that youtuber keithkevinken hasn’t reviewed his. He tends to show all of the new releases pretty quickly on his channel.

I’d love to have one, it’s just that price. I guess I’m used to picking up an FRN VG-10 Delica second hand for $40 or $50 bucks. $190 is kind of hard to swallow.

I’m in! What a great combo. I like AEB-L. Nice simple stuff that gets wicked sharp and requires almost zero maintenance.

$175 was fair, I was tempted yesterday to get that one. I missed the first run of these.

I’ve cut quite a bit of stuff, including cardboard. So far, so good.

S30V isn’t my favorite steel but if I like the design it won’t stop me from buying it. I do dislike light detents. My biggest hatred is that middle finger flick people are so fond of. It’s an abomination.

Got mine too. Perfect out of the box. My wife even likes it! Maybe one of my favorite out of the box Spydies. It checks a lot of boxes.

I like both. However, the Manix and Native seem to have sharper/square molded edges around the circumference of the handle. A little more rounding of the molded edges would make them significantly more comfortable in hand.

I guess I don’t consider this a QC issue. Call me crazy.

Pretty cool! River’s Edge is one of the few shops I’ve actually visited. I’ll have to budget for this one, I’m sure it’ll be top notch.
