Re: spyderco worker

Re: Nirvana
According to the catalog. Looking forward to handling one! Yeah me too. That's the most interesting knife I've seen in a long time. I just wish it had a low rise clip,, lanyard hole and thumb grip pad to aid in deployment on the back. Then on the front end a flipper, extended tang like on the Boker...

Nirvana
I just saw on another Forum where they were discussing weight on the Nirvana. They were saying the weight is 11.1 ounces. Does anyone know if this is correct because if it is that's too heavy for me. I wanted a ZTO 301 when they first came out but when I found out the thing weighed half a pound i fo...

Re: Blade 2016: who's going?
Thank you and I appreciate that very much. That's why I encourage anyone in reasonably good health who likes knives to try and make it at least one Time. I told my Doctor about the Blade Show and he made it last year. You owe it to yourself to go one time even if you have to fly into Atlanta from ac...

Re: Blade 2016: who's going?
No unfortunately I won't be there. That was my one and only trip to the Blade Show. At the time both my Kids lived in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area and my Son took me to the Blade Show for Father's Day.. my health is too bad now to make it anyway. I'm in Horrible pain as I write this.

Re: Let's talk about pistol holsters...
The best way to go and I've tried them all including IWB, outside, pocket and paddle is a shoulder rig. Then I don't wear anything but the 511 Tactical style 72157:shirts in all the different colors . This shirt is the one with the hidden document pockets that you access via a vertical opening with ...

Re: QUEEN CUTLERY: Very Respectable
I have several GEC Northfield knives and they are very nice. I just wish they would use Stainless blades and liners. I think that would help them sell even more knives. Replace the 1095 Carbon with 154 cm and the Brass liners with Stainless

Re: QUEEN CUTLERY: Very Respectable
Canal Street that I believe was owned by Queen went out of business back in November which just shows how fast the cutlery business is going away. It's getting really hard to find quality knives anymore
