Re: Brown M390 Manix
That's a good thing! I kind of regret selling my xhp lightweight. And i keep having to talk myself out of this one as well. I wish they would do another run of the XHP lightweight.. that’s the sprint version I would like to have.. +1! But after carrying my Cruwear Shaman the past two weeks my Manix...

Re: Manbug Salt, Revisited
Here you go sir. From the pictures it doesn't appear that they are that much different size wise. But in hand the ladybug is noticeably smaller. The texturing on the Manbug is bigger and deeper giving it a grippier feel, and it's just that much more hand filling. My initial thought is that I like t...

Anyone have pictures comparing the two models? Both one and closed side by side, and from the top down would be nice! Maybe the OP can take some when the ladybug hawkbill arrives

Re: Chaparral Compression Lock?
The Vesuvius model was a 2mm compression lock right? Does anyone know what compression lock model in current production has the thinnest blade stock? I enjoy using compression locks and I LOVE the 2mm blade stock of my Chap so I can see why people would come up with the idea to combine both of thes...

Re: Spydiechef Rusted After First Use
I wonder if they finished the LC blades similar to the mirror stonewash finish on the Manix 2 LW if that would help decrease contamination issues? Less chance of material being stuck in grind lines?

Re: Anything that can replace Chaparral?
Should you do the mod, I´d be really interested in your opinion on it if you like to share it. Move that lock bar spring and it will be like a new knife. Hey Wartstein- I did this mod with my FRN Chaparral and I agree with MichaelScott, it really made it like a whole new knife for me that I thoroug...

Re: Micarta Chaparral
I would love it if they made a Chap along the lines of my GEC 77 Barlow.. micarta with a bolster and everything with a nice subtle radius.

Re: Micarta Chaparral
I would prefer a linen micarta over a canvas micarta for the Chap- green, natural, or maroon would all be nice colors. Wood would look nice on this knife too, and I’m kind of surprised they haven’t used pakkawood yet.. I think either wood or linen micarta handles may also look nice with a titanium b...

Re: lc200n production
I would love a Manix 2 LW, Chap LW, Para 3 LW, Ladybug FRN, and a Dragonfly 2 FRN in LC200N! I wouldn’t be opposed to any other models as well but those are on the top of my wish list.

Re: Back lock action
As I was one of those (or even the only one?) who said he does so (or better just CAN do so, for I iactually never really use this method. It's definitely not practical by any means) let me repeat: Of course in a reverse grip!! I’m not doubting you, I just want to see it!! Can you put up a video of...
