These were available @ KW for 139.99 all afternoon, hang tight guys, you'll get one if you haven't yet. Seems unusual that they had them. For awhile they had this model listed on their front page with other new products, but every time I checked it said they were out of stock. Then I noticed severa...

no matter how many pieces of a knife there are in existence, that the "specialness" of mine isn't diminished I'm the same way, but for many people it's all about the money, they don't care what the knife is. They want to buy the knife and resell it at a profit. And judging from the respon...

They are on ebay for $175 and up if anyone really wants one. Right now I see one cruwear at $197 and another at $299. There is another listing for "gray" with no mention of cruwear for $239. If you prefer "cru-wear" steel you can get one for $195. Nothing less than that. (There ...

Do you think there is still interest in a Mule Team of 204P since it is being used in production? sal I would say that there is, if for no other reason than there are people that like that steel and would like to have a mule in it. As for the stated purpose of the mule program, yes that steel has a...

you can make sure you get in on a sprint run early enough to get the knife you want Previously this would have been correct, although relatively difficult. The orange and green PM2's for instance sold out their preorders very quickly, and that was almost 2 years ago. I didn't even know that I wante...

I loosely followed official cruware millie thread and was pretty easily able to score one at $138+ shipping, wasn't too hard. I'm on the threads multiple times every day and have yet to find a retailer with the knife in stock. I have to work for a living and I have no internet access at work except...

Aren't there fully serrated versions of the Tenacious, with G10 of course?

Plus Byrd has some fully serrated models if you want to invest less money to try it out.

If they don't do some sort of pre-ordering then we will all be buying from flippers for $300+.

Tell me that up front so I can just go ahead and order the S30V version and save myself the agony.

It seems like those who want one *should* be able to find one if they are making 1200 of them? The flippers are much better at this than we are. With the knives trickling onto the market the flippers have a better than average chance of scooping them up before enthusiasts are able to get them. Seem...

What about a yellow, or a shade of red? M4 would be cool. We've had threads like this before and M4 steel/red G10 was my suggestion back then. They use red in training knives so red might or might not be an option but almost as good would be something like burgundy. Of the Spyderco G10 colors that ...

1. Cruwear mili (please come through!) 2. Vallotton 3. Something Superblue... I want the cruwear military now, not waiting until Christmas. I already have the Vallotton. I would like to have a SB Stretch, even a SB delica. The limited production knives are hard to put on a Christmas list unless you...

I generally rotate weekly. I have quite a few knives in my EDC rotation and I don't like to think that some get left out and don't get their share of carry time, so I lay all of them out and arrange them in an order that mixes them up by brand, size and whatever other characteristic might be importa...

Something definitely wrong if you can't close it one-handed. I would not own a knife like that, must be one-hand operable for me.

will never buy another expensive flashlight. I have used rechargable maglights and streamlights on the job and where you use one all the time you have expensive problems all the time. I recommend Fenix brand. I have a very small Fenix that uses a single AAA battery, but I don't think it is quite 150 Lumens. They have a similar model that uses a single AA battery that might have a little higher output.

I like the Sage 1 and I think it is the best looking of the Spyderco's, but for me it is far too small to be considered the perfect EDC.

(Today I'm carrying a Para 2 which is one of the smallest of my EDC knives.)

tip down on a knife with a handle this long is the only way to carry. at least as far as retrieving and opening counts for I have done a lot of testing with my own knives and I've found that with a knife 3" blade or less, tip-up or tip-down works about equally. Beyond a 3" blade and tip-d...

I know someone that preordered in early May and they have not heard anything either. I don't know if that means anything, it seems that Spyderco still has a lot of these to ship.

A little off center doesn't bother me as long as the knife functions and the blade doesn't drag on the liners. I'm a lot more concerned about the blade grinds, how the pivot works and how well the lock works.
