Re: NYC Pen Knife
The PITS sounds like a good match to me. Even having a 3" blade over the law max requirement of under 4" would seem to make it more accepted by the authorities without taking out a tape measure. Stout knife. It is the closest thing to a locking knife I've seen.

Not only determining the desired pressure, but developing the mechanisms to test for it. We've changed lock geometries to create the "sound" you are speaking of. In Seki -City, they've been engineering the "sound" of a lock for decades. A few years ago, Honda engineered sound in...

Re: PITS - bead blast, blue anodized, bead blast blue anodized!
Originally I considered stone blasting my PITS but now I really like the present smooth finish. But, of the three proposed finishes, the bead blasted is most tempting.

Wow, subwoofer did a great job on the PITS review. I really like mine and wish I could do review as well as he did. He really covered everything. Today (subject to change on short notice) the PITS is my favorite spydie followed by the pm2. Thanks!

Re: Got my Dyad sprint today
When I did mine I followed the sage advice from yablanowitz and kept all the parts together. But they "look" to be identical in this model but why take the chance. Yes, the blades are swapped and are completely lefty friendly.

Re: Got my Dyad sprint today
I modified my C-44 Dyad after trying (and failing) to use it left handed. The left handed conversion was truly simple and quick. The knife is totally symmetrical and swaps for left hand use without a hitch.

Mine is my ever present Manbug. It does just about all I need while shuffling around the house. And being home I'm never far from the rest.

BladePlay you have quite the combo there. Both Workers and in what looks like showroom condition. Good score. I should be that lucky.

Manbug and I don't care where it is made. With a fob, as Jazz noted, it is perfect.

Re: I got a Leaf Enuff
Loctite, as MattM68 said, is your answer. If the knife retention in the sheath is OK you are good to go. If not you can send the sheath alone back for replacement. There would be no difference between old and new sheaths and G clip attachment.

Re: Who owns a Enuff?
I have a leaf Enuff and like a lot. Except for fondling I have only really used it on one camping trip. It made me smile, enuff said. I did exchange the sheath for the second generation version. It is much improved with greater retention. Bottom line, I like it (would like yellow scales however).

I have both the DF and the Manbug. I find the Manbug is in my pocket all the time. There maybe a larger folder too depending where I am and what I plan.
