yep they made PE version for every type of civilian (CF,Kraton etc...) in very small quantities (500 max), and I too was thinking they only came in SE before I saw mine :)

IMO Civilians are the ultimate Spyderco...
it's the knife you'll probably never use but you have to have at least one in your collection just to watch the faces of occasional visitor when it gets out of the pouch :D

I'm sure it wouldn't be the first model to be "not very legal"... Because every state or country has its own legislation on knives, surely every model is illegal at least somewhere in the world.
