A few of the holes on mine were tight too, but it just took a couple of light taps with the handle of the driver I was using to install the scales to get them in.

I thought it was un undesirable, chipping and extremely difficult to sharpen. If you have a very fine diamond stone it's not hard to sharpen. I think the heat treat plays a big role in what makes a "sharpener's steel".

I have 2 knives in Nitrobe77 which is considered by many to be a "sharpener's steel" but the one from Roman Kase aka KKnives Switzerland is on another level compared to the one I have from Dulo.

I don't have one in LC200N but here are my measurements, measures at the top of each of the serrations at the arrows.
