I've had my native for several years and it is still a little tight on opening... :spyder: Mine too. It has always been the stiffest of all my Spydies, except for maybe the Chinook. It eases up a bit with a couple drops of oil. It was my EDC for 2 years but never seemed to loosen up as much as I ho...

I have attempted to draw my Paramilitary by the spyder hole to do a Spyder Drop open but the blade opens in my pocket, so I didn't get very far with it.

I carry a Sig P239 9mm. Nothing fancy but I will try to post a pic. I would like to get a P228 instead.

I checked into becoming a dealer a couple of years ago. They said you have to have a store front and it has to be open for a certain number of hours per week, but can't remember how many. It seems like it was 40 hours per week. You also have to order at least $1000.00 per order, if I remember correc...

I have a paramilitary and there is no play at all in the lock or the pivot pin. You may try tightening the torx screws on the pivot pin and see if that helps. I have seen some other people post about the same thing with their paramilitaries and most people say they don't have any play at all.

I believe I found and joined the forum in Spring, 2002, after I bought my native. I found my first in 1994, and was addicted right away.

These Ronin's sure can carry an edge. I think it's the easiest knife to sharpen out of all the others I own. I carry my Ronin IWB/right-rear quite a bit, too. I have ran a piece of parachute cord through one of the holes in the sheath in a loop that I can run my belt through. It has flipped out a co...

Sorry to hear about your loss. The only I have lost so far was a well-used, 8-year old delica. How were you carrying the Ronin?
