Missed this comment the first time around. Was just thinking a Salt Pingo would be something I’d buy. Have an orange one that’s been our pool bag knife for a few years. :)

Selfishly, I already have plenty of 2.6” Urbans, so I like the idea of moving it to 2.5 and introducing the Metro. Agree with the current shorter blade profile looking a bit off. Tip too high, shape too “chubby” like the Squeak vs. the leaf UKPK…* Would also still love to see the Metropolitan rolled...

I don’t cut up much cardboard, usually just cut the tape so I can flatten the box and fold itvto put in the bin. We have the Cook’s, Chef’s and a serrated Z-cut in our knife block. All nice to have around and used frequently.

Missed all the 52100 releases mostly because I hoped a UKPK was coming. Been half-heartedly looking for a 52100 Manix, but they seem scare these days and go fast when they go up for reasonable prices.

Bentoboxshop still has the 52100 Military sprint, but it’s not cheap.
