Spyderco makes the SS Police with VG-10 steel...It's a shame that they can't do the same with the SS Endura and SS Delica.

That would be either an Endura, a Military, or a Police model. There is also the recently released Chinook II, but it might be a little too heavy and large for you.

A 3-D Delica would be great, as would a 3-D Endura and Police model. I really think that the larger folders scream-out to be made in 3-D like the Native III.

While it's true that the SS Police does weigh more than the CF Police, I like that added weight as it gives the Police model a very solid, well-balanced feel.

I have one of the older 9P Surefires and I've banged it around a bit with no ill-effects. Maybe I've just been lucky that the bulb hasn't gone out on me yet. But, due to the high replacement price of the bulb (lamp assembly) it looks like the Streamlights (with their low-cost) bulbs might be the way...
