Either way is fine by me on that size knife,I do think smooth would be more pleasing to the eye.
I also think blue G10 would look great.
I know it would add greatly to the price but a bolstered one with smooth G10 would be sweet and give Santa Fa a nice one to work with.

I had always said Spyderco should make a G10 Rescue.Loved this knife and really wanted one but the only place I could ever find that had them was Spydieguys and I wasn't about to give him my money.

The Para just got here. It had a slight amount of side to side play but a torx driver took care of that quickly. Sorry to say that the old clips and the new clips will not interchange so I swapped the clip for tip up and put an Emerson skull clip on the manix. I was going to tie a lanyard on but to ...

It is one I let get away but wish I had back.

Any idea as to the size.
IMHO smaller is much more classy and will fit with most every knife.
Maybe 5/16 to 3/8 in width and 1/2 in tall.

Got the Manix today,just finished the lanyard and stripping and polishing the clip.

Anyone know if the standard clips hole pattern will match up to the new paddle clips pattern.
I prefer the standard over the paddle,if the hole pattern matches I think I will put a standard clip on the para 2.

Just scored a great deal on an original Manix and just bought a digi camo Para 2 off ebay.

I do not have a Manix 2.I was pleased that the size of the Para 2 was increased.It is now how I pictured in my mind when the Para 1 was first being talked about.
