I had built a kit knife a few years ago, don't recall it taking much more time than it does for me to strip my cricket down for a good cleaning.

thought that was supposed to be all there was on pizza... sauce (tomato paste, garlic, some oregano) , cheese (fresh mozza) , tomatoes (roma), basil, and sausage of choice (I'm a fan of calabrese) nice thin crust and it cooks quickly. Don't know who decided that 2" thick vern's was a good choice.

Sounds like you have the 2002-2008 version

you don't spread peanut butter with the back side... you spread it with the edge, so you end up with that nice little pattern from the teeth

Considering what I've put the delica, endura, dragonfly and military models through over the years... I'd put the leaf just slightly above the old style (98 model) delica and endura blades. I'd view it as a question of market share... while the collectors will spend more looking for a specific model and configuration, the entire knife community will be trying to get the harder to find ones. Condition is always a factor, having the correct box for the knife, and the box in good conditio...
