Too Many Exclusives?
There are so many exclusives coming out these days it's hard to keep track of them all yet I haven't seen a new sprint run come out in a while. Exclusives are great and all but they're not widely available like sprints. Any chance Spyderco could consider limiting distributors and vendors to 2 exclus...

Re: Game over Canada? WW’s stops importing Spyderco.
Bit odd, slipjoints and fixed blades are still legal, maybe they just don't sell well enough so they have decided to stop selling the brand? No, this isn’t correct. All folding locking knives in Canada are still legal. The law hasn’t changed. Sorry I was just speculating about WW's decision not to ...

Can't tell you for sure without seeing photo's of your knife. G10 smoothes out over time and as it was a used knife that would explain why it's not as rough as your new PM2's.

Re: Paramilitary 2 Aftermarket Scales Experiences?
So long as you're careful you shouldn't have any worries about installing new scales. The only "issue" you might have is getting the lanyard tube out. I'd recommend a good set of torx drivers so you don't strip any screws. I follow bladeswelove on instagram and he does some nice mods at th...

Re: Sharpmaker + Delica Sharpening Help
You're on the right track, just don't give up. It's all about hitting the apex and it sounds you're not there yet. The marker pen is rubbing off on the shoulders but I'm sure if you look really closely you'll see a wee bit left at the edge. The diamonds should make it much easier but stick to the sa...

Re: Bad steel experience?
I have had a vg-10 delica for 5 or 6 years now and I have never experienced anything like this and I have used it for dumb stuff. I think you need to provide further info because it sounds a bit odd. Seems like you only had a problem with the knife after you sharpened it yourself which seems to sugg...

Re: Sharpening m4 with sharpmaker?
The key to sharpening is patience and perseverance. It's all about hitting the apex but getting there can take a while (especially with M4). Diamond or cbn rods will help a lot just don't give up, take a break and come back to it later if you have to.

Re: DMT coarse or extra coarse?
If you plan on getting all of the XC scratches out with the Brown Sharpmaker rods, that could take you a while, that's a pretty big jump. If you don't care about the scratches, it's not a big jump at all. :p I tried the xc dmt yesterday on my vg-10 delica, did it nice and slow as mentioned above. I...

Re: Looks like it's all over but the crying in the UK
As for Churchill he was no "Hero" If you mean he was no sandwich I agree. He is a hero in the traditional sense to many including me. Hi Dan, don't know if you got the memo but England has not been a country since 1707. Labeling everyone from the UK as English (as much as the English beli...

Re: Looks like it's all over but the crying in the UK
1] the Nobility disarmed the serfs in England previously, to keep themselves in power. 2] the government disarmed the people and America had to send arms so England could defend itself in not one, but two world wars. 3] a disarmed populace is no threat to those who wish to be in power and have no o...

Re: Sal's Casual Bombshell Thread
I really just wish we could go back to a possible factory deep carry clip discussion that for the Classic 3 hole design. I know it got put off because they didn’t want to mess with the 3rd party people, however the 3rd party stuff isn’t as readily available and honestly it’s all too expensive. I’d ...
