I've gone about 120 MPH on the Interstate (not saying which one) in a little Honda Prelude Si. My friend and I were going skydiving the next day and wanted to know what the wind felt like at 120 (about terminal velocity when skydiving), so we opened up the sun roof and stuck our heads out. Actually ...

HDS Systems EDC Basic 60
Don't know what you're looking to spend but the EDC Basic 60 has 4 light settings and is compact enough to carry in the pocket. BatteryStation.com shows what they have in stock. I ordered one and had it two days later (granted I live in the US and not overseas). The fit and finish on these is excell...

Is it just me or.....?
Does it look to anybody else that the Benchmade Gravitator looks a lot like the Yojimbo? Just curious.

I would be more inclined to buy an assisted opener before an automatic. I have no reservations carrying an assisted opener, but I can't bring myself to buy an auto when I know that, for me, it is illegal, even though I would love to have one. There are too many good knives (so many :spyder: I still ...

I'd have to go with my PE Blue Dodo. I love the way the handle fills the hand, and it gives me something to do when I'm bored (the blade snaps open quite easily and I'm quite proficient at opening and closing it quickly). I manage a warehouse so it doesn't freak people out as much as it would in som...

Blade shape on Lil Temp
What is the preferred shape for those of you out there that have the Lil Temp? Leaf or Trailing Point. How does each fit in the pocket (since Leaf seems to have a little more width to it closed)? I've read alot of good things about them and was just wondering what blade shape to get.

Loosey Goosey
Mine is a snap to close one handed. I can pull the ball bearing back with my thumb (right handed) and the blade is then loose enough to swing freely to an open or closed position. My Dodo is the only Spydie I have that'll do it. I actually get a few stares from coworkers because I have a tendency to...

Warthog V-Sharp
Has anybody had any experience with this sharpener for plain edge blades? They were at the Blade show but I wasn't real keen on parting with $70 (if I remember correctly) without knowing if they work ok.

Renegade at Oshman's
The Oshman's Sporting Goods near me had the Renegade (Combo Edge, G10) in stock at a decent price (as far as I can tell). Don't know if that is just in the one store or if they had some old stock company wide. Does anybody know what the original MSRP was?

Big on Discovery Channel
Don't know if anybody else watches "Big" on the Discovery Channel, but the host had his <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> out carving on some wood. Nothing like free advertising. I think it was a Military but it might have been an Endura. I've been l...
