My first Soyderco was a delica several weeks ago. I just bought the triangle sharpmaker and I only have one word about it, "scary". I also bought a ladybug formy cousin, 17, and I think I will also get one for my girl unless anyone has any other suggestions. I am trying to figure out what ...

hollow grind vs flat grind
Is one grind better than the other?
Whata re the adavtages and disadvatages of hollow and flat grinds. It seems to me that the hollow grind would have a stronger blade since more of the original materials remains.

I haven't had any problems. I was also wondering if anyone had any suggestions for my next purchase. I was a...

steel?
I was hoping somebody could give me a rundown of the basic steels in spyderco's knives and what their advantages and disadvatages are. I have looked through spyderco's charts but that doesn't help me much. Thanks.

new to spyderco
I just purchased a delica lightweight plain edge and was hoping for some suggestions on caring for and sharpening of it. I think the term "sheeple" that you have developed is hilarious and true. I'm 17 and did over 5 years of karate and had to put up with plenty of them, you should have se...
