Hi hannibal,
The HARPY is in stainless and now only serrated. The Merlin is in ZYTEL >trademark from DUPONT (or Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon)and is serrated or plain edged.

3M scotch brites

I have buy some pads, they are greys and they are too fine for create a Satin finish like yours I believe they are three kinds:

-Very Fine white (I don't know if they are 3M)

-fine grey

-rough red

What colors do you use in the factory and do you use your belts on a back stand???Thanx

Hello mobbed welcome on this fantastic forum. The millie will be a great choice but the chinook too!I think it is the more solid and resistant of the spydies.AUS6 is a relatively low carbon steel( i don't remember the percentage)then the edge will be sharp but for a little time. The CPM440V is a high...

Hi,i think the calypso jr.lightweight is the better medium knife(even the delica).I really enjoy the zytel fishscales i think also it has a better grip than ss,zytel volcano grip but it is not better than G10.

Just curious

I'm curious about the spyderco's users age.

personnally i am 16 and I had my first knives(Laguiole,Opinel)when i was 7 years old.I had my first lock knife (it was an buck 110 imitation)when i was 9.I had my first spyderco six month ago.And then I have 4 spydies.

Hi FL_fisher.
Cf is really beautiful but the grip is not optimal. G10 is light, strong, corrosion and shock resistant ...and the grip is greatly famous even when wet it stick in your hand but it is not too abrasive.your civie will be in a collection or in your pocket(in the last case i will opt for G10)
