An upgraded Military with VG-10 steel would be great. How about a larger Harpy with a G-10 handle and VG-10 steel.

Girlfriends Birthday.

I have narrowed it down to two knives I want to give my girl for her birthday. 1. Mother of Pearl Delica plain edge. http://store.knifecenter.com/pgi-ProductSpec?SP11PPEARL 2.Tim Wegner Mouse. I don't know if the Mother of Pearl Delica is a very good value because I don't really know what Mother of ...

From what I hear Sal carries a Military.

SS Endura plain edge on my left jean pocket.
FRN Delica 50/50 for work.

I go into a few bad spots in my city so I will carry a Military soon to feel safer. Maybe I will carry a Ladybut on my keys but I dont like to carry to many knives at once.

Cardboard will dull a knife very fast. It is very rough and pretty thick. It is normal to dull a knife blade on it.

I am sick and tired of holding Endura's, Delica's, and Native's at my local knife stores. I would like to hold, open, and close with some of your better knives. I am sure I am not the only person afraid to buy a $100+ knife without trying it first.

Both of my Spyderco's, an FRN Delica and a SS Endura, have a slight wobble when closed. They are both tight when the blade is out though. Don't worry about it, your knife is ok.

Thanx guys. My girl and I work at Friendly's and she is Ice Cream/Server. I think the FRN will be better for her. I want to get her a knife that is big enough for defence yet not to large. That is why I thought of the native.

I love the weight of my SS Endura. I went to NJ last week on vacation and only brought my Endura. When I got back I picked up my FRN Delica and although I can flick that open with my wrist, it did feel a bit cheesy. Also I plan on engraving mine, and I think it would be sweet to buy my girl a SS Spy...

I can't deside!!!!

I know I want a Military or a Wegner but I can't deside. What steal is better ATS-34 or CPM440V? What knife feels better built and opens smoother? Does it matter if the Military does not have liners? Thanx guys.

New knife for my girlfriend???

My girls birthday is comming up and I want to get her a Spyderco to use at her resturant and as EDC. I was thinking about buying her a Native but I do not know what handle to get her. I can buy her SS because it would be sweet to have it engraved, but the FRN would be good because it would not slip ...
